Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of collibre.co.uk and any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Subscription Terms.

Who we are

Collibre UK is a trading name of Aexea Consumer Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15711745), registered office International House, 64 Nile Street, London N1 7SR. VAT number GB 469 5137 56. You can reach us at hello@collibre.co.uk.

Who can order

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Collibre Gold is a food supplement for adults and isn’t suitable for children.

Our product

Collibre Gold is a liquid food supplement, not a medicine. It shouldn’t be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and it isn’t intended to prevent, treat or cure any condition. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, please speak to a healthcare professional before taking it. Don’t exceed the recommended daily intake shown on the label.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. We take care to price and describe everything accurately, but if we spot a genuine error in the price or description of something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund. A contract between us is formed when we send your order confirmation.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout for one-off orders, and on each renewal date for subscriptions (see Subscription Terms). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don’t store your full card details.

Your right to cancel and return

Your 14-day cancellation rights and our returns process are set out in Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. The Collibre name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind our product and our service, and we don’t exclude any liability that can’t lawfully be excluded – including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we’re not responsible for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable or that weren’t caused by our breach.

Complaints

If something’s gone wrong, email hello@collibre.co.uk. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it between us, you can get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk / 0808 223 1133). Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England & Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
