Returns & Refunds We want you to feel comfortable ordering. Here’s exactly how returns and refunds work – including the one limit that applies to any food or supplement. Your 14-day cancellation right Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. To cancel, email hello@collibre.co.uk within that window and we’ll guide you through the return. What can be returned Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for them. Opened boxes can’t be returned or refunded. As Collibre Gold is a consumable food supplement, we’re unable to accept opened products back for food-safety and hygiene reasons. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty or damaged – see below. Return postage For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Our return address will be provided when you contact us. Refunds Once we’ve received and checked your returned item, we’ll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. We’ll email you when it’s done. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@collibre.co.uk within a reasonable time of delivery, with a photo of the item so we can see what’s happened. We’ll then either replace it or refund it – your choice – at no cost to you, including any return postage. This is in addition to, and doesn’t limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subscriptions Cancelling a subscription and returning a delivered box are two separate things. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account (see our Subscription Terms). The returns rules above apply to any individual box you’ve received. |
