Subscription Terms

A Collibre subscription is meant to be easy to start, easy to change, and easy to leave. Here’s exactly how it works.

What you’re signing up for

When you subscribe to Collibre Gold, you’ll receive one box of 15 shots every 14 days for £34.95 per box, with free standard UK delivery. Your first box ships straight away; each following box ships on your renewal date.

Payment

Payment is taken automatically on each renewal date, to the payment method you set up. The price is £34.95 per box unless we tell you otherwise in advance. There’s no minimum number of deliveries and no lock-in – you’re free to leave at any time.

Your renewal reminder

We’ll email you 3 days before each renewal payment is taken, so a delivery never arrives as a surprise. If you want to skip, pause, change timing, or cancel that delivery, you can do it before the payment date.

Pause, skip, change or cancel – anytime

You’re in full control from your account. You can pause your subscription, skip a single delivery, change how often your boxes arrive (for example to every 21 or 28 days), or cancel altogether – all in a few clicks, with no phone call and no retention hoops. Changes take effect from your next un-billed delivery.

If you cancel after your first box has been billed but before the second, you simply keep the box you’ve paid for and nothing further is taken.

Changes to price or terms

If we ever change the subscription price or these terms, we’ll email you in advance so you can decide whether to continue, change, or cancel before the change takes effect.

Cooling-off and returns

Your 14-day cancellation right and our returns rules apply to subscription orders just as they do to one-off orders – see Returns & Refunds. Cancelling a subscription and returning a delivered box are separate actions.
