Shipping & Delivery

Everything ships from Sheffield. We keep delivery simple: free standard delivery on every UK order, with a faster option if you need it.

UK delivery options

Standard delivery – free, on every order. Sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

First class delivery – £4.95. Sent by Royal Mail first class, which typically arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch.

Both services are tracked. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We don’t ship internationally at this time.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, email hello@collibre.co.uk and we’ll put it right – see our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle damaged or faulty deliveries.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and aren’t guaranteed, but if a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, we’ll resend or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
